    Guys must understand, it's all done to bait you into spending money on the surgery. All the surgeons have no idea about anything going wrong, my surgeon did over aggressive lipo still there is bad fat on the sides under armpit which was not even there before, he burnt my left nipple and stitched it so uglily that its stuck weirdly and painfully creating indentation along with an ugly saucer deformity while not removing gland properly on right side, shody work. On top of it put the fault on me initially then I waited and massaged for years it still pains and I feel the burn, he kept me in dark for years once it was a few years when I confronted he would yell with his wife (Surindher DSA from Bangalore now in Dubai too) like goons and say we will do the revision with same under areolar surgery when everything was extremely painful. Be safe guys, don't let any tom dick harry touch your body unless they answer 100 of your questions with complete honesty!!

      @ThePlasticLife Před 17 dny

      The more weight you can lose before surgery will help you to get even better results. If you have the surgery and then lose a bunch of weight then there’s a chance you could have some loose skin if its massive weight loss. But if you just need to lose about 10 to 15 lbs and are young then you should be fine having the surgery

    Hello i had vline chin surgery than 2 months later it resulted in what looks like perioral mounds/marionette lines. I did a facelift but sadly it didn't treat the issue. I was thinking of doing 1 vial of kybella in this area. Is that a wise solution?

    • @ThePlasticLife
      @ThePlasticLife Před 8 dny

      Thats an interesting situation. There are a few of us in the country that are starting to treat peri-oral mounds with micro lipo and other modalities. Kybella likely wouldn’t be a great option in this area due to its unpredictable results and the possibility of affecting the nerves. I have a few patients that we are about to work on their peri-oral mounds so hopefully I’ll have some content on that soon to educate patients on their options.

    I agree, lipo makes more sense. It is treatments like Kybella, microneedling, BOTOX, PDO threads etc. procedures where you have to constantly drain your pockets to maintain that the DIY community got started. If you are willing to learn the anatomy, techniques, dangers, fixes, doses, etc.

    • @ThePlasticLife
      @ThePlasticLife Před 21 dnem

      While some aesthetic treatments are perfectly fine to do at home I highly discourage others to start DIYing threads, fillers and neurotoxins. The repercussions from complications if you don’t know what you are doing are too high to justify non medical professionals from doing those procedures.

Im only 33 years old and never felt this bands before the lipo. Im 5 weeks post op.. is this now permanent 😭 i see them when i look left and right and when i slightly look up. I dont even have to look all the way up for the bands to show up. I feel like my chin and edge of neck has aged because of the visible vertical bands. What to do? I have a 90 degree side profile. So will having a platsymal surgery fix this even tho im already at a 90 degree jaw angle? I wish they werent as aggressive 😕

    • @ThePlasticLife
      @ThePlasticLife Před 21 dnem

      I’d recommend giving it time. It takes 6 months to see the final massage from chin and neck lipo. Having not seen pictures of your neck it’s difficult to say what to do. But what I would recommend is massaging your neck and chin area firmly and for the next three months. That may help soften the appearance of things and then if at 6 months, then you can discuss options to correct anything with your surgeon. I’m sorry you to hear you are stressed about this right but make sure your surgeon knows that you are concerned so they can keep tabs on your progress

      It depends on how you do it. We give the option of numbing injections or using laughing gas to get through the procedure. Most patients do great with the injections but then again some patients have a hard time. It’s all about patience and trying to make our patients as comfortable as possible.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I drove 6 hours round trip for an initial consultation. I arrived 10 minutes early to a tiny office that reminded me of a bombed out building that was once poorly restored by IKEA in 1996. I was immediately informed by a rude staff worker (whose lips were so over stuffed she looked like a victim of domestic abuse), that I needed to complete 30 minutes of medical forms on an archaic app that broke 4 times before finally submitting the data. If you like answering questions like "How many brothers does your father have?" And listing every single one of your extended family member's ailments and past medical procedures, then you're in for a real treat with the intake forms at this lovely little nip tuck tribute to 1980's Beruit. When I'm finally allowed to speak with Dr. Pearce, he informed me he doesn't have the right tools or training to provide the defined jaw line he boasts so much about on his CZcams channel. I was told I needed to find another surgeon who could perform the procedure, but he hopes to one day be able to afford to purchase the proper equipment. Wow! Just wow! Good luck to the first patient to receive that treatment. A 6 hour drive, a 30 minute paperwork beatdown all for an 11 minute consult? Seriously? F'n Ridiculous! I hope his CZcams channel does better than his medical practice. Dont be fooled by the office images on their website. Those photos are clearly from several years ago. For anyone considering a visit after watching one of his videos I wish you the best, but based on my experience, I won't set foot in that office ever again.

      Hi Joanna. I’m sorry to hear that this is going on with you. I would reach out to your surgeon to let them know what is going on. Sometimes this condition can be temporary where it lasts for a few hours due to the local anesthetic or anywhere from a few days to months if the cannula bumped up against the nerve. Also in the realm of full transparency (and not to scare you) but there is a small chance it could be permanent but that is very rare. Please let your surgeon know what is going on so they can take a look at you and discuss what to do next.

    From my experience, the state of your overall health both physical and mental can play a HUGE part in the effectivity of PRP. I started to notice thinning at around 27, about 8 years ago, but procrastinated treatment and was in denial that I was thinning for about 2 years. At that point It became quite noticeable (to me) and began looking into hairloss treatment. The sideffects of Minoxidil Finasteride and spironolactone seemed too much of a risk, so I decided to try PRP. At this point my lifestyle wasn't good, inconsistent/unbalance diet, erratic sleep, half-assed weekly exercise, working at a job I hated, which were things I didn't take serious that can contribute to hair loss. Thinking PRP would be an easy and effortless fix. After a year and 3 months, my results were negligible, and decided it was just a waste of money and time. After 6 months post treatment, I decided to completely changed my life style, lost a lot of weight, got a job I enjoy, eating, sleeping better etc. and noticed just from that change alone, in about a year, my hair thinning pretty much stopped! (No new regrowth though) It looked healthier, felt 'fuller' and was growing faster. I was still unhappy with the way my hair looked, with a noticeable thinned crown, tried 1 PRP treatment again. And holyshyt, the results after 6 months have been startling. Been using PRP for over 4 years now with a touch up treatment every 7-8 months, and although I know I won't ever have the same head of hair to that when I was 20, I've been able to maintain it at about 75%. but act sooner than later for treatment, save the hair that you have left. Something I wish I had done.

    I love your background. Are you in Texas? The whole setting gives me Texas vibes. So, my question is, Can you build the lateral wall of the breast to prevent the breast from sagging to the side, or in the event that the breast pre-procedire was already experiencing lateral wall damage?

    • @ThePlasticLife
      @ThePlasticLife Před 21 dnem

      Howdy! You guessed right! I am in Texas. As for the lateral aspect of the breast, yes we can try to redirect the lateral part of the breast by using sutures in the pocket. This attempts to redirect the breast tissue toward the inner part of the chest. There are other tricks but the best way I have found to redirect wayward breast tissue is with a breast lift. That allows the most range of freedom to move a nipple pointing in two different directions to a more central straight ahead direction. Hope this answers your question!

Now i have an implant but the “cone” like shape is still there and most fullness is on the top and side (i have 230cc on tubular side and to match they put 160cc on the normal wide). Is ut normal that it still kinda looks tubular now and will the implant move down to create the round part of the breadt on the bottom ir is something wrong?

      My apologies about taking so long to reply. That first week out things are going to look very strange and eventually, like about a month later they can start to look better. With tubular breasts it can take about 6 to 8 weeks sometimes for things to settle. So the best advice unfortunately is just patience. You should see your final result about 6 months after surgery. Hope your recovery is going well!

      It’s possible that it could go away. A high percentage of gyno that occurs in puberty resolves eventually. If it’s not bad and it’s not stressing you out extensively, i would let it ride. Otherwise, definitely see a board certified plastic surgeon.

    Hey doc. I just wanted to ask that my hairfall got WORSE after 2nd session and I noticed extreme shedding which I'm 100% sure wasn't my natural MPB. The hairs that started shedding also look extremely healthy and dark hairs, unlike weak hairs I used to shed before PRP. So my question is, is it temporary hairloss which is stimulated by growth cells on scalp(as google told me) or just permanent? Thanks in advance!

      Hey dw, it is temporary, sometimes the shedding period lasts longer but within 5-6 months you will see the good!
