@@markos9751 I figured as the scenery looked familiar in spots to the Sitton Peak hike! Sounds like a much more adventurous way to reach San Mateo Pk than the standard Morgen TH hike! I will have to try that approach too!

Roman Nose greetings, and good luck! The app you heard was just google maps, which I didn’t use often, because it would drain the battery quickly. I used paper maps mostly, in my handlebar bag.
