Our program is for anyone wanting to express themselves in a creative, safe, and supportive environment. As an organization we pride ourselves on creating a positive force that influences our students to create self confidence, earn respect, and to overcome obstacles with teamwork."

If you are learning windmills, and you can almost get completely around... and your hip is getting bruised and smacking the ground... You are right at the point of doing a windmill..... all you need to do is the leg/hip that keeps hitting the ground.... well arch that leg back.. like kick it backwards right as you are about to hit the ground... you will find you just completed your windmill.... That kick will help rotate you.. and you wont hit your hip... this is very similar to what this dude was stuck on... many BBoy's also get stuck here. You''ll' be amazed at how close you real are.
