French players are newcomers or first generation in the country, whereas colombian players have ancestors going back centuries, so almost no black colombian has pure african dna. argentines of european descent have at least one century ancestry, around 40% of the people with italian or spanish surnames has at least one native american link in their familiy, because the spanish descended population was not "pure spanish" when the italians mixed with them almost 100 years ago. And a stadium song is not meant to be an academic paper on sociology or genealogy, everyone in south america understands the song was ment to be just a joke (a taunt at most) to poke fun at the french expense.

There's no "set-to-set" of immigrants against each other. Again, its just a stupid stadium song, of course is "unnecessary," most jokes are, precisely because they are borderline "disrespectful" or playful with the nuances of taunting! this is something everyone in Europe knows it's part of football culture inside a stadium (there's even some teams that sing nazi related songs in Italy and Greece and the french teams go there and play with other italian and greek teams all the same and no one bats an eye or accuse the "italians" or "greeks" as a whole of being racist or xenophobes like they do to argentinians ).
