I forgot something important about Iberia. A year after the crash I received an email from Iberia. They asked me again to declare my expenses due to the crash. It was signed by a woman callen Inmaculada Iglesias. I received a year earlier the same email on which I responded by sending a bill with the hotel invoices etc. So, I phoned to the telephone number which was mentioned in the email. I got Iberia on the line and asked after Inmaculada Iglesias. And they told me that this woman wasn't working at Iberia. And that the email wasn't send. I always found this strange. Bu t did let it go!

A famous football player of Ecuador in those days, Edison Mendex, was also on that plane. He was in those days playing for PSV Eindhoven. He travelled already in the same Iberia flight with me from Amsterdan Airport to Madrid and then on this flight to Quito. I spoke with him after the flight. And borrowed his handy to call friends in The Netherlands to tell them that everything was allright with me

All the remembrances in Ecuador came back the last days when I saw pictures from the US army of UFO's that are seen by jet pilotes. I saw an UFO a few weeks later in the south of Ecuador in the valley of Vilcabamba. It wss on 22 november 2007. I remember the date so well because an American woman told me that it was exact 44 years ago that president JF Kennedy was murdered. And he was the president that I so admired already from my youngest days

I am very disappointed in Iberia. They took contact per telephone a few months later. And they asked me if I made extra expenses caused by the crash. I send them per email my expenses the days after when I had to wait for my.luggage. I have never heard anymore something from Iberia. No money for my expenses. And above all no excuses

I was as passenger aboard of this plane. It was a frightening experience. When it happened and the plane couldn't stop I said farewell to life. At that moment it was af if I came in an other atmosphere. After the abrupt stop of the plane it seemed hours that I got awake. And in real it was probably seconds. I was sittinf above the left wing on the long leg seat. I opened the door tot let the passengers out. But then I saw both left engines burning

really bad landing plane approach was really bad tilting during touchdown is really stupid you tilted left then right and hit your right landing gear and 2 seconds later your left side putting lots of pressure on the right which could of caused your plane to unbalance and lose the runway then obviously CRASH.

Andrea lanconelli,lo sappiamo tutti che gli aerei più grandi di un C2A GREYHOUND non possono atterrare su una portaerei.Cmq. Ammetti che è stato forte,prova a farlo tu se ci riesci.P.S.Lui ha mosso l'alettone appena prima di toccare suolo,quindi la sbandata è possibile ma l'atterraggio no. Fonti:Mio padre è un comandante di un Boeing 747 da più di 30 anni
