@@SiTiNo187 I could find only 1 matt cardona mod for 2k23 and it has only 1 character file. It is missing the 2 alternate attires and other files that you showed in the video. Can you please just give me the link of the mod

​@@arijitjayaswalI just checked, yeah its not there, I thought it was the 22 one by breezus but its not that one, I have no clue who did that mod, must have been in the Discovery Discord but I have no access to that server since the creator decided to block me for no reason, he doesn't know how to fix his bot so who blocks people who complain apparently, If I had the files to that mod I would've uploaded it but I dont have Matt cardona anymore sorry, check Patreon maybe someone has that mod, I keep an eye out for it and let you know if I find it

I haven't done it but i know 2k23 has a plugin for blender, so using the 2k24 plugin, import the 2k24 character, then export using the 2k23 plugin, making sure you import shape keys and export the shape keys, again i've never done it and can't test since I do not own 2k23

i do have a video on the black head issue, but some ppl still have issues going that route, so if everything looks good but you just have the issue of face is black then change the head shader in material editor from yCh_head::Normal to yCh_skin::Normal, if you have any other issues hmu with a DM on Discord sitsabeast#8658

in Cakeview, go to UI/Assets/Roster/TypeA find the roman reigns render you want to change, copy the file name and place the render you want in your Mods/Renders/UI/Assets/Roster/TypeA and name it exactly as the roman reigns file, then bake the Renders folder

not sure on how to change the muscles, you can increase the body size by highlighting the body and pressing S to change size by moving the mouse around, but idk if it will look good

download the MDL plugin, go to edit, preferences, addons, install, find the zip file MDL plugin you downloaded, click it, then you should see a box next to visual concepts mdl, check it off and close it out, now you should see import visuals concepts mdl

if its invisible in game then it could be a mtls issue, are you sure its not just spinning very fast around the character? hmu on discord to help you further, sitsabeast#8658

i highlight the head and body and export 2k hpl, the auto masking didn't work for me either

if you only swap in blender then the original hair color will stay, if you want the other persons hair color like i did in the video, i replaced Morrisons hair texture files with EDGEs hair texture file

i don't know the exact number of characters you can add into the game but if you run out of empty slots, you can replace the in game characters if you want

You gotta use sound editor to replace a song, then with Meta u can change the ID of the song, the JSFB file you want is called Musiclist.jsfb, there's also a file you can get from PWM that will add 150 extra songs so you have more songs to replace
