I've been a huge OP fan for over a decade and its storytelling on such a scale is unmatched, but the verse doesn't present feats even close to this level yet, maybe Imu's attack on Lulutia can come close. Maybe consider this: power scaling characters doesn't make them better. No matter how strong Goku gets, literally all of the Big Three's characters are 100x better in terms of writing (not influence, writing).

There are plenty of island level attacks in One Piece, but this is a stage in Naruto where entire countries are getting destroyed by Six Paths characters such as Ten Tails Madara and Obito. I'm also not saying that top tiers like Blackbeard, Whitebeard, Aokiji, etc. wouldn't be in the top 1% in the Naruto world, the Naruto world is extremely unbalanced from the power cliffing. But, against that 1%, they come up short.

Literally the AUTHOR confirmed a nerfing to suit the young cast. He literally slid the entire power scale to the left to rationalize the fights of the Boruto manga. Too many people use AP wrong as well. AP gives a good comparison of step-laddering the DC of character A to character B if character B beats character A in an according fashion (e.g., a brute force win demonstrating equal or greater power). It SUPPLEMENTS destructive scaling, it cannot replace it. While the verse is narratively the same, the Naruto from Shippuden and The Last is not the one that was rebooted in Boruto. He demonstrates a ridiculous amount of differences in his forms, power, and battle IQ that showcase that Kishimoto's solution to keep stakes in Boruto was to brutally nerf most adult characters in Naruto. A Naruto that can't sense Jigen (who is just small, not hiding his chakra) and can't use anything other than a Rasengan and Shadow Clones, a Sasuke that continually runs out of chakra and can't even maintain his Mangekyo Sharingan, much less use his Rinnegan intelligently in battle against threats like Isshiki? Six Paths Naruto and Sasuke against Rinnesharingan Madara had the scale and power for a world-risking battle, Kaguya's battle went even higher, despite her being an absolutely horrendously written villain. But the dime-a-dozen Otsutsuki and cyborgs in Boruto? Not even close.
