if DNA can set a wrongfully convicted person free and entitle them to compensation for being wrongfully held accountable, it should do the same for men that are victims of paternity fraud.

That second lawyer is a scumbag. He said he didn't like the guy because he was trying to disestablish parentage from a child that wasn't his, but he was the only father the child knew. Well it sounds like that's a conversation between that kid and his skanky mom, to make a man pay for another man's kid is insane

Men have no rights. Does not matter who you are, not color, not ethnicity, nothing. If you are a man in America, you have NO PROTECTION. As they say: Abstinence is the only sure-fire way, and even then some woman might be able to merely point at you and STILL get money with absolutely no proof. And who really "bastardized" this child? The mother did. She refused to reveal who the REAL father is. That judge would be in JAIL for 20 years for this.

Already went through one divorce from a narcissist this time I am willing to walk away with nothing other than staying in contact with my girls if they choose to stay with him they are 17 & 19 I believe when they see I mean it this time they will follow & the things that are important to me like my family things which I am getting out before he knows what is going on

Narcissists seem to follow the same playbook. They all do the same thing. Play the victim, report you to the police, authorities, use the silent treatment,use illness as a way manipulting you to do what they want, triangulte you with family and friends to alienate you. Tell lies and smear your name with no proof of what they are accusing you of. Even the covert narcs are desperate for attention, they hate being alone. They plan and scheme way before they start disgaurding their partner.

These women should blame themselves just as much as they blame him. There is no way he had all them kids and these women didn’t know beforehand each time. You couldn’t the baby mama number 10 or 11 without knowing he had an army of kids before 🤦🏿‍♂️

The narcissist word was mention billion times. The advice should focus on dos and dont of negotiating during divorce, just like any other situation. Given the divorce is an emotional affair, focusing on labels is not helpful but rather counterproductive. This could’ve been a good advice, but it was converted to something else, like, if your spouse won’t settle because you wanted more than your share, then this spouse is narcissistic! Not practical at all and certainly not helpful.

Family law attorneys take the position due only to the lopsided-sided rules giving the law industry the couple’s money, usually the dad’s. Family law is NOT covered under the Constitution. Families are shredded because of these attorneys. Notice this guy uses “abuse” as his main go to… but doesnt speak to the fact that abuse is a small percentage of the reason for divorce. Attorneys instruct women to use this tactic even though not true. Family court is one of the main reasons dads committed suicide. Look at the stats showing how many dads are forced to pay support for their wife’s boyfriend’s child or children. Lawyers and elected people created laws that keep dads from our children and our rights as parents. Family law is a crime against humanity
