Hey everybody! It's been a while, here is something not a cappella for a change but featuring beautiful voicings! It's from Miles Davis' Amandla album. This was probably one of the first jazz tune that I tried to transcribe looong time ago 🤣 I stumbled upon the original recording tonight and felt like trying to play it again. The goal here was not to transcribe the song note for note but more trying to help people to understand Dirty Loops harmonic language a bit more. Hope this helps! Man this was beautiful!! Hey bro can you please teach me how to harmonize with jazz chords . I have a great ear for harmony and can harmonize only major scale with 3-part harmony only. I’ve been wanting to learn vocal jazz harmony for a very long time now .
