hotel a failure I do not recommend dirty beach food nothing special I was 08/22/2022 14 nights I do not recommend it

We've been going to Cancun for about 20 years we've always stayed at the palace Resorts the Sun Palace is the best the staff is wonderful never never had a bad time there the weather's always been good when covert come out I got covered ammonia down there the staff was awesome taking care of me I am going back again again and again I'll see you guys in September thank you very much for all the good service you do for the members and other people who are visiting

Hola en ese hotel son unos salvajes mi pareja se emborrachó y confundió de habitación y le propinaron una golpiza sin averiguar nada de hecho ni siquiera a mi me fuero a decir nada trata las personas peor que a los delincuentes y es súper malo el hotel sin variedad en las comidas y aburrido en las noches no vayan a esa cadena de hotel no sirve para nada abusadores

I have been here 3 times in the last year and have already booked for May I can tell you the food and rooms are the best in Cancun I have been to many other resorts and no one compares to this one
