Thanks man! Wish I could make more stuff like this but I don’t think people on CZcams really search for it. I got a ton of crazy clips from 2k20 to 24. It’s crazy how 20 was more fun than all the games after it lol. 2k focus’s too much on cheaters and spammers and they forget about us the casual consumer and what make the game fun for us.

Preciate it bro! I do use boost, but I don’t rely on them. If I have vc I’ll purchase a 10 pack of shooting/layup dunk and all the Gatorade types for rec. I never purchase boost for park though

Lol! 😂 so in my opinion it was dribble styles being locked for 6’4 and below, the slow burst of dribble styles on crossovers or driving to the ball hand, and the awkwardness of the controller inputs on how to get the “faster” animations from dribble styles. Hesi’s were not dynamic enough to make defenders slide toward the move and the ones that were (ja morant) took an adrenaline bar before the animation finished playing out. Hesi’s are ESSENTIAL to being able to create space, break defenders rhythm and give you pauses to read the defender and overall court defense when you have a live dribble. The fact that so few created shifts or baited the defender was disappointing. The in and out dribble was also trash this year. 2k want to talk about pro play lol… in basketball when you have a “elite defender” you don’t play with them, they get 1 or 2 moves and your going to the basket or getting to your jumper. If I give pat bev a hesi with my right hand IRL and he’s sitting on my left hand, there is no chance in hell I can dribble to my left hand, that’s where your in and out dribble, step back, half spin etc come into play. In and outs this year do not allow yo to keep defenders guessing. I have more to say, but I’ve already written a book lol. I’ll make a video explaining in more detail.

I pray one day 2k properly develops left stick/right stick conjunction. Meaning. The left stick and right stick, should work together. The left stick should always be guiding the right stick dribble moves. But as of now. It seems that they just work individually, and not together. Which causes so many ugly animations, like you mentioned (moving crossovers absolutely suck in this game). 2k jokers literally be doing a crossover, looking/moving in a direction that defies the laws of physics. Lol.

Right, make a damn moving cross right back into the direction of the defender. lol not all parts of the game are bad, but this needs work, major work

Fire!!! Contested shooting in my opinion is way more fun than a jumper that doesn’t contest. Like Tmac base etc cause it makes lockdowns panic!!! 😂

exactly! something to create a target because EVERYTHING copmes back to your shooting motion, no matter how many moves you do 🔥

Nope only park! Think of the arm sleeve as a highlighter. It highlights the animation by creating a big target to look for. 2k can be chaotic playing online and lots of defenders have super high perimeter defense. The arms sleeve helps you train your eyes, whether you’re open, contested or do a million dribble moves to get to your shot, you eventually have to look at the animation and time your jumper. Lime green arm sleeve helps with that and when you practice 🤜🏽

Yeah! 2 bars is still enough to hit these types of shots.

no, the jumper matters but its more specfic to what you like to shoot with. If i were you i would pick my favorite PG and use their jumper. I mean you got dame, kyrie the list goes on and on. sub up for part 2!

I like Normal, but all of my clips are showing red contest with just kobe, my contested jumper had no affect on it. Also the hold on the shot changes based on alot of thing but I'll go over that in part 2! Be sure to turn them notis on 🔥
