Should I file complaint to the same consumer commission or to the Magistrate in District Court ? Can a president of consumer commission exercise the power with the relevant section of BNS & BNSS ?

चोरी के प्रकरण के केस उपभोक्ता कोर्ट नही सुनेगी, लेकिन बिजली विभाग के द्वारा चोरी के प्रकरण मे जो बिल बनाया है वह गलत बिल है उसे चेलेन्ज करना है वह केसे चेलेन्ज कर सकते है ।

7 क्लास से पहले विभिन्न स्कूल का Date of birth मालूम नही है, लेकिन sure है की अलग अलग हैं। Parent के service (dependent) book एवम matric मे अलग अलग हैं। कानूनन matric का date of birth गलत हैं क्या???? जब से होश संभाला हु एक ही matric का date of birth उपयोग करता हु। Total document का date of birth समान हैं जैसे आधार, matric, higher education, pan, ration, passport, bank, insurance, voter I'd, driving licence etc. मेरा जन्म प्रमाण पत्र नही बना हुआ हैं। Differennt सिर्फ parents ke service record एवम matric मे हैं। Matric के बाद सब same हैं। क्या ये date कानूनन गलत हैं क्या??? अगर कोई आरोप लगता हैं तो matric का date गलत होगा क्या??? Medical जांच हो सकती हैं क्या??? Plz help me. Rule of date of birth???

हेलो मैडम, मैं बहुत बड़ी मुसीबत में फंस गया हूँ। मैंने 2022 में कोलकाता में एक फ्लैट बुक किया था। बिल्डर को अगस्त 2023 में फ्लैट मुझे सौंपना था, लेकिन बिल्डर मुझे नहीं सौंप रहा है। मैंने बैंक से होम लोन लिया है और बिल्डर को 70% भुगतान कर दिया है। बिल्डर कभी कहता है कि वह sqft का रेट बढ़ा देगा और कभी कहता है कि वह फ्लैट कैंसल कर देगा और बिल्डिंग भी अधूरी है। उसने मेरा फोन नंबर भी ब्लॉक कर दिया है। मैं क्या करूँ, मैंने रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस से सेल एग्रीमेंट बनवा लिया था।

😂😂😂अगर डाक्टर ठीक होने की गारंटी की बात कहकर सेम साल्ट में मिलने वाली सस्ती दवाओं के स्थान पर सेम साल्ट में बहुत मंहगी दवाएं लिखे जिसमें डाक्टर का भी कमीशन हो और मरीज ठीक न हो तो डाक्टर के खिलाफ उपभोक्ता अदालत में बाद दायर किया जा सकता है ?
