Imagine working in insurance? Would be a nightmare preparing for the purge every damn year. For all the rich who pay in, you're probably paying off all the damn poor and middle class getting their property destroyed. I mean the goal is to kill off the poor and middle class, so when that money runs out, the cost would go so high up and create a whole new middle and lower class. You would have your population so heavily reduced that working in insurance companies of any kind would down size because you'd run out of enough clients to break even at some point.
