Clearly you don’t have a clue. My guess is you never operated this machine in your life. When the driveway is low and needs a lot of stone you start from the bottom. You start from the top when you done need much stone. Much faster to start from the bottom in a situation that you need a lot of stone

@@KingPaving then you build a ramp at the bottom to get your machine in if its deep and still start at the top ,amateurs you put the stone in in 6 inch layers not put it in the way you are doing ,not propetly compacted the way your'e piggin it in ,oh and by the way i have drove that machine also every other tarmacing machine going ,ive laud motorways all over britain not micky mouse driveways

@@alanorourke1351it’s not about getting the machine in. It’s about doing the job more Efficiently. I think you need some training. We do commercial work and private roads too. Go back to school buddy.

​@@Steven-lw3hx yeah i definetly need training steven because at begining of video i would have parked a truck on both sides of the road so no cars could get past on carriageway,and i definetly would have put no advance warning signs on road to let car users know one side of road was blocked due to works ,and i definetly wouldn't have put some footpath closed signs out please use other footpath for pram users,wheelchair and pedestrians as i was reversing a machine back and forward over a foothpath what people use ,i think youre right i know nothing and must go back to school🙄,yes jobs must be done efficiently but also safely aswell

@@alanorourke1351the truck got moved shortly after. It wasn’t parked there. We are only there for an hour and we have people watching the street. This is residential work not commercial or municipal.

If we had one it would have been nice. Sometimes we sub out the grinding for some jobs but this was wasn’t worth for us. Those mill machines are really expensive.

@KingPaving What makes it really a pain is you need a 50ton Lowboy too. If you are ever in Ohio or Western PA we can hook you up.

Thank you. I appreciate that. I agree excellent operators are a dying breed and skilled pavers in general are a dying breed. I can understand the attachment you have to paving. It’s a tough job but can be rewarding.

Drink lots of water and wearing a hat helps
