Have to disagree with Artoria being no.1. Her farming damage is lower than Mordred, except for wave 1, which is the last thing you should be worried about in the 1st place. Her CQ performance falls behind all other competitors, who all have a crit buff to enhance the damage, also her changing all the cards to buster make her gain with face cards non existent/fully depends on Koyan skill 2. As it is right now Mordred is better than her in almost every ways, farming or CQ, her Alter is actually way better at farming than her thanks to the access to Black Grail, and better at CQ too thanks to the 3t invul pierce. Depends on whether you value farming more or CQ performance more she might be the worst of the bunch.

How about just offensively capable casters? I know they have gotten the "support character" label but I know there's a few really good ones out there and who I should be looking out for

Artoria is by no means the best saber. The only thing she has going for her is flexibility in farming. Iirc, her damage is lackluster compared to Mordred and her alter form.

How about single target servants?

I used to use Altera in buster farming, then I got Artoria. And then I got NP2 Altera… and then I got NP2 Artoria less than a week later

Personally, i think ibuki has the most going on for her. That 3 turn buster up, 50% battery and ignore def/invuln is pretty damn juice especially outside of just farming. I only have her NP1 but still managed to do a decent stall run against that super hard romolus challenge quest in the tesla cup. That ignore def and invul came in clutch

I will say, in my opinion, a 50% first turn battery is significantly better than a 30% one for one specific reason, which is event CEs with 30% batteries. A 50% charger can use those to farm even before you MLB them, whereas a 30% charger has to wait until you MLB it, or fine scraps of other NP charge elsewhere.

Nothing against it, but I don't see how Artoria can come first. But there is no chance against the game mascot and Fate's cash cow , just wait for her to drop a little and they will give Artoria a 999% damage buff against all classes

So… who’s gonna be the honorable mention of Lancer Buster Servants? It’s a tossup between Elisabeth, Jailter and Lartoria Alter just looking at the Buster AoEs. Much as I’d want to include Caenis in that list she feels like she falls a bit too short… but I love her so much. I’d probably put Jailter up there as the one because she can be obtained at NP5 compared to Lartoria Alter who is story locked… probably that availability alone makes Jailter the one to put in honorable mentions.

Ibuki is in my heart the number 1. She is my only servant i have her max in all thinks you can max a servant, max np, max lvl, max flou, max comand card

Ok, I finished the video. I'm easily skipping them all, as I plan on getting NP6 Tiamat next year. Maybe I'll do 30 pulls or so for Summer Skadi (and get Sen no Rikyu on a rerun), but I already plan on skipping everyone until Tiamat next year. Maybe I'll pull for Oberon if I don't get him in the GSSR this year, but the plan is worshipping the best goddess in FGO lol

It's between Artoria and Ibuki for number 1. And the answer comes down to do you prefer Artoria's huge damage, or the versatility Ibuki brings to guarantee her damage hits.

Enabling a select few servant balck grail looping doesn't make Skadi a top priority lol. Being able to loop 3/3/x nodes isn't a flex in 2024. Moreover, she gives buster crit instead of quick even though the servants I use with her are quick servants 99% of the time. Furthermore, she has a damaging np. If castoria had a damaging np instead of her current np, she wouldn't have been rated as high as she is now. Regardless, S Skadi is my top priority in the summer because waifu and I always try to collect support servants. I agree with your S Ibuki and Proto Merlin opinion.

Ibuki and it’s not close 😂, it’s the cool thing to rag on her so u seem like the smartest guy in the room except anyone who actually uses her knows there’s no comparison cmon now. There Ibuki and there’s everyone else. I’m not even a fan of the charecter or the design, she just simply better. Her battery, atk, crits, carding in general, defense, and NP that goes through defense and invulnerability remind me that anyone calling her midbuki just doesn’t use her. The real one know. She’s still king even in JP 🙄

Best AOE Berserker? Heated debate between Juna, Morgan, and Raikou on JP especially if you dont limit it to buster and factor in Sen No Rikyu and Ibuki Summer.
