Louie is the master, he is the disciple . A very good disciple following the masters footprints. There is no comparison. Comparison is disrespect for both Louie and him. So, yes he sung very well, a very excellent voice. But louis was a different being. Louie felt each word, louie mean each word came from his mouth when he sung this gem of a song.
