I dont think the new Belgium generation are gonna be this good especially since I dont think theres a kdb/hazard level talent and the lack of defense

I think you started of wrong. For the Euros, Belgium is still one of the 4 favourites. I don't think theres someone who really thinks that Belgium will fall back to the level where they will have difficulties to qualify in the next 30 years. The infrastructure is good and compared to the past they are one of the top export nations to the biggest leagues. Belgium will always be a nation to be aware of in the future. Not like a France, a Germany or a Brazil, but like on a level like the Netherlands, Spain or Italy. An underdog to keep beeing aware of.

I kind of disagree with the assessment in Turner. Watching the games, time after time his defense are the ones letting him down. The league is so hyper focused on building up from the back, so many of times Turner is forced to pass to the defenders, who refuse to get open, lose the ball and then are down a goal. They really need to know when to punt the ball down the field rather than constantly building up an attack.
