This is such a fascinating piece played by these instruments. The driving rhythm of the piano sort of evokes sailing on the ocean, where the piano is the gentle waves, the double bass is the boat gliding ,and the octobass is the fathomless dark depths of the sea.

To hear this makes me (and my soundsystem) feel happy. How wonderfull:)

I'm a pretty short guy, and even just playing around with the Double Bass in our orchestra I could barely play the notes on it. Jesus that Octobass looks gigantic.
