He did credit him, but if he's using his footage in ads promoting his book, likely without paying him, just seems like a scumbag to me. Which I guess is not surprising all things considered.

My family is very picky about water taste. My sister won’t drink the water from our home town anymore because it tasted so bad compared to drinking water cooler water at her boyfriend’s (small town, only well water so they had a water cooler). When I moved to uni my mom wouldn’t drink the water at my place because she couldn’t stand the taste. Unlike them I don’t really care, I can tell the difference but I’m not gonna not drink tap water just cause it tastes different. Bottled water however!! I have struggled to find any bottled water that actually tastes good to me. I just drink whatever is cheapest, hell I’ve even broke down and bought Dasani before. Point being Im not picky about water but I don’t get how a guy who owns a water company thinks all water is just water. It does not all taste the same, even tap water in the same city isn’t guaranteed to taste the same. There are so many things that go into water because it’s not just pure H2O. Attacking someone for leaving an honest review on your product is so funny, you’re just making yourself look worse.

Im a firm believer of the idea that AI should be used specifically for things like sorting data, doing math, and other long term menial data tasks they can be trained to learn. What is extra sucky about stuff like this? It knows nothing of actual addiction. If someone were an addict to porn (which a lot of people usually aren't, they're just shamed cause of anti sex and anti porn folks to think they're addicted) then this isn't how you help. And we don't even know for sure if the person making it was ever actually addicted to it. They could very well have never been, saw an opportunity, and went for it. And addiction is far more complicated. It's not even really about the thing itself you're addicted to. It's often about other issues that need resolving as well as finding more stuff to do and having good supports as a starting point. I'm someone that can be very easily addicted to things. It's always a coping mechanism for something. Even an addiction to drugs is largely about coping and real struggles that lead people to rely on harmful substances like drugs and alcohol. A lot of people aren't even addicted to porn or getting off. It's just sex drives that are perfectly reasonable or, at worst, hypersexuality which is a TRAUMA. RESPONSE. I'm hypersexual myself cause I'm a csa survivor. One of my friends is too. Basically if someone were genuinely addicted to porn (or anything), the answer isn't to get some random workbook. It will fail. Because it will never address the actual root problem, it'll just blame the thing you're addicted to (especially in a really sex negative way that is what convinces people they have porn addictions or sex addictions when it's largely just...normal sex drive.) Like the shame around it is far more detrimental than just...enjoying it. And gotta love the exaggerated thing in the ad. We don't even know if it's an accurate portrayal or not. Most likely just dramatized to really hone home the point. Leading to these books just being a way to make money off of people that feel ashamed and are convinced they have an addiction when they don't or are genuinely addicted and don't need this. I also just noticed it said ADD1CITI0N. They literally couldn't even spelled it write. They spelled it Addicition in their fucking reel or whatever. Yes. A quality product for sure. I do feel for the people that must be desperate enough to buy this. Whether it's a genuine addiction they're dealing with or a lot of internalized shame, they're essentially just wasting their money in a desperate hope to get help. This ad is awful too. Like ew. Edit: Also anyone that uses degenerate or degenracy is usually a bigot and a terrible person. It's so often used to describe queer folks and pretty much anyway that doesn't fit the puritan perfect morals lifestyle of the right. So if they use that word seriously for stuff like this, it's usually a huge red flag lol. It's just shaming and often used by right wing people especially towards minorities like queer people.

The dude in the ad needs to step his game up. Using tissues or toilet paper just isn't a good option. Any true gooner knows to always use some sort of fabric: a rag, a towel, an old shirt. No getting paper stuck to you and you can just throw it in the wash when you do your laundry. I hope this advice helps people.

This is straght up dangerous theres SO many plants and fungi that look extremely similar and one is safe to eat and the other will make you vomit blood and you have to know the details of where they grow and why to know which one is which even then it's better to just buy the mushroom unless you're extremely familiar with the plants and fungi in your area If you want to learn to forgage don't learn to forage, what i mean is start with trying to identify plants on nature walks, never start with the intention to eat becuase you'll get yourself hurt if you're not careful
