I'm near Chicago but your eggs seem a tad expensive. I can get 2 dozen cagefree eggs at Sam's club/Costco for about 4.38 (actual price at Sam's)

The tidbits of information that you share like if you can't lift a 50 pound bag of flour, have it delivered, but it will cost extra and so on. I only use premium ingredients. No margarine ever. Business side is always difficult. I'm the creator not too much into the business side which stops me from pulling the trigger and opening my cookie business.
