I was interviewed like this, diagnosed with anti social personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder which the psych said was similar to being a psychopath. My question is how do you avoid jumping to conclusions based on what’s in their file. In many cases you know what happened or atleast a version of it. I feel like I was diagnosed before i even was evaluated. Are most of these diagnosis just basically based off the circumstances of the interview itself?

Higher than average psychopathic traits is 30% ! The 1% is the PCLR 30-40 on the check list.

Is there a current "end game" strategy that when someone comes out to a counselor with these inclination that they will be institutionalized under civil committal? I've heard there are plans to do this legislatively with transgender patients as they are considered a safety risk by definition since they reject who they were born and insist on surgery to cut out the part they don't want.

Great discussion. There are more sociopaths than psychopaths. Sociopaths may be more dangerous because they can put on a more deceiving personality than psychopaths. I suggest u read the book.....the sociopath next door. The author, a psychiatrist, has many years experience working and studying sociopaths. Sociopaths can put on airs to be more charming than psychopaths......We see many sociopaths taking positions of power in business, politics, etc.

CZcams and most social media platforms deliberately promote this ideology. That’s because tech plans on erasing us women and replacing us with robotics and artificial wombs. They want men to hate and reject women, and for them to choose tech for their “needs”. Tech moguls are mostly transhumanists- they want all reproduction controlled by tech. Women, we who can reproduce without tech, are seen as “enemies to progress”. Elon Musk used IVF and surrogates to deliberately abort female children and only have male children. He has about ten sons and only one daughter. Other tech billionaires like Peter Thiel believe women deserve no right to vote or own property- my point being many moguls in tech are kweer, see women as sub human scum, and/or or see huge profits in erasing women. The whole Matrix movie ends with robotics gestating children, and pushing this idea that synthetic females will become the females of the future. That’s why the red pill is deliberately pushed on men. Tech wants women to go extinct as a group. Any and all supposed roles meant for women are being taken over by men in drag- and men will always promote men over women, even if the men dress and identify as women. We women are deliberately being pushed into extinction by well funded tech conglomerates and NGOs, albeit slowly. This same movement is seen on the left, where transwomen’s needs always trump women’s in every woman’s organization, web site, advocacy group, etc. Tranahumanists in tech have pushed to make the concept of “women” to include and prefer non-women. Robotic women and men transitioned into women will be the “official and legal women”. We women will be re-classified as “non-humans” or “sub humans”, “bio-hazards”, “useless eaters”. The incel thing is deliberately promoted and pushed by the tech industry and conglomerates who see a profit of the eradication of women. If women die as a result, it is seen as a net profit and “net positive for saving natural resources”. This is planned and deliberate. Many of these moguls want to cull the population- and attacking women and encouraging lethal violence against women is one way to encourage that to happen. To ensure a drop in the population; attack the women who have children first .

The state I’m from / in issued anti depressants , and continued to administer them until my release from prison . But a mental health issue should definitely be explored as a cause for an offense . I whole heartedly agree with it . But 20 years is way too long on some drugs as mental health conditions do change over time . An offender will have a hard time processing where he is and drug intervention may need to change as reality sinks in . But I’m glad what I was on didn’t affect me too much , and I was able to process everything . But mental health treatment in Florida is often used as a punishment . It’s called civil commitment .

After my offense and conviction in 1997 I was diagnosed by the VA. Major depression, post-traumatic stress, alcoholism and a opiate prescription drug abuse. Prior to my diagnosis I was in a profession that looked at counseling and antidepressants as a weakness. The attitude was suck it up buttercup. If you were on antidepressants or receiving counseling that meant you were crazy. I now I understand you are crazy if you don't seek help. It's too late after you have committed a crime and I suggest finding help for your mental illness. There are no Second Chances regarding a sex offense.

Good idea for murder. But this process is widely used in “suicide prevention” which makes no sense. Why use a criminal postmortem profiling methodology to try and solve suicide? 93 of every 100 people who attempt suicide live through it. Many never attempt again. Wouldn’t it be best to ask them about the reasons and life conditions that led them to attempt? Psych autopsy is third hand information at best.
