We hope you enjoyed, as we mentioned in the end of the video we have a lot of videos lined up these upcoming weeks. Thanks for all the con...

Thanks! I’m glad you’re enjoying them. Any video suggestions you’d like to see? Or interested in knowing?
That boy is fast
Terribly underrated brother. Raw and inspiring, I turn 20 this year n the first thing im gonna do is the iron man. Keep up the good work im gonna need it!
Thank you so much! Appreciate it man, best of luck to you with your Ironman. I'm sure you know the amount of time and commitment that will come with it, but my word of advice is to embrace it! All the best to you.
Nice Video! I always enjoy watching these day in the life videos!
Sandwich looks so fire
Which IM are you training for?
I am training for the Ironman Penticton, its in August 2024!
Woooohooooo
this was a great watch🥳
which watch do you have?? and any reason why not garmin I feel like everyone in this space has a garmin
Great question, I love it! I have the COROS pace 3. I had the garmin forerunner 955 when I first started running but I found it was heavy, clunky and too much color. I wanted something sleek, light and durable. Coros also has an AMAZING BATTERY at an amazing price! 7 days or more on one charge and found with triathlons, ironmans and long bike rides, a healthy battery is a necessity. Did a ton of research so I am glad I can finally share it! **not sponsored**(but coros please sponsor me)
@@trihards_16 thats awesome to hear I am actually between coros pace 3 and fr955 also Ill have to dig deeper into coros
They give us nuuns for wf and I’ve never seen anyone add salt. Maybe you’re onto something tho
Booty shot 0:40 is crazy
Haven’t caught all your video but enjoyed the ones I have watched. Do you have a breakdown of your band warmup exercises? Would love the breakdown.
Thanks! I wish I could give you a fleshed-out breakdown, but it honestly depends on the day and what feels good in the moment. But that might be something we get more in depth with in the near future!
Cố lên Tri ơi, chúc Trí thành công 🎉
It's very expensive. I was lucky to have a bike already from when covid was happening, but i still had to spend quite a bit on maintenance on it.
That’s awesome, what bike do you have? How often do you get maintenance done on your bike?
This list is so real. I've spent $7.7k on bike gear and $1.3k on running gear since I started training in 2021 for all 3 sports. I've spent $1k on swimming gear + swimming lessons to get better, and I still haven't even done my first triathlon. This sport is amazing but it is also such a money pit.
Wow, seems like we’re in the same boat! I congratulate your journey so far and would love to hear how your first one goes! All the best!
High quality editing!
Thanks!
pedals 30$ and the cleats 49? something is wrong mate..
the pedals were purchased second hand and cleats were bought at MEC
Shimano cleats cost maximum 20dollars @@trihards_16
You don't need super expensive gears to finish the race. Vietnamese athlete Thanh Vu finished and became the world champion of the Swiss Ultra 2022 (deca ultra triathlon) with a 1700$ bike and road bike helmet, and some cheap glasess. 38km of swimming, 1800km of biking and 422km of running without fancy gears, and still champion of the world lol.
Power meter?
I don’t think I’m going to get a power meter, do you have one? Is it worth it?
Which Profile Design tri bars are these?
T1+ Carbon Aerobars, I’m a fan so far!
I be surprised if you don’t end up purchasing specific Tri-Bike, if the one you have isn’t .
I have a road bike at the moment with tri extensions, TT bikes are definitely a consideration in the future
Ouch, if times are tough learning to make your own drinks and gels. No mention of coaching or training platforms, so assume you are self coached. For anyone starting out in the sport, buy a second hand bike first and make sure you enjoy the sport before spending up big. Also invest in yourself and positioning on the bike to make the greatest gains. I did the maths on my local IM in Australia last year and spent $5K including flights, accommodation, 2nd hand bike, trisuit, wetsuit, runners, entry fee and nutrition. Already had the other gear already. Highly recommended the TrainerRoad platform if budget is tight or you are self motivated. All the best with your events.
Thanks for the message! Interesting, never thought of making own gels but that sounds cool. $5K is solid, definitely ideal. I’ll make note of what you said, and thanks again!
@@trihards_16 you’re welcome. Details of make your own drink mix are on my selfrighteouscyclist IM blog
Its costs an f load 😂😂
RIP the bank account :(
Jeeeeeeeeez
Could literally never be me so I'm living vicariously through this journey. Way to go!!
Keep up the awesome work! I started triathlon training too. If you're in Toronto, hmu and we can go for a long run or ride on the weekend along the Lakeshore!

If you're breaststroke in a race, make sure you do it in the back of the pack because you're going to kick a lot of people.
Ironman is so f ing expensive 🙈
I'll put 20 on +140 for Mom
Should join the Toronto Triathlon Festival instead
Keep it up! Milliken is a terrible pool. Go to Aniin instead. It's much better!

Whats the over under on chipotle runs per week?
Set at 1.5, I'd smash the under.
Big fan of the giro helmet. Got the same one for TTing 👌
