    Thanks for this video! Seeing that NEAT can 1.5x daily calorie expenditure really explained it a lot. I thought I was missing something when people mentioned slower and faster metabolism. It’s good to know that it’s not a built-in mechanic where someone’s cells just burn more calories, it really is just food eaten and total movement, and genetics can increase habits that impact food eaten and total movement.

    I wish I could be like that even for a day. I'm so sick and tired of obsessing over every calorie when I'm not even considered fat (5'1, 114 lbs), it's only because I gain weights so easily. I only eat 1000-1200 calories a day, exercising, walking 10000 steps you name it, yet I hardly lose any pound.

    Calories in and calories out so they are not eating all that they want, they are eating their meals over hours and walking around alot. No one in this world can just sit around and eat all that they want and not gain weight.
