      Its okayy, can i know what zip folder you move? if its a cc, you move to mods folder but if its a sims, you move to tray folder. after move it, open the sims and then open the gallery at the bottom left there have "enable custom content" click it and then the sims will show up. Hope its work 😆❤️

      helloo, you can try this : open the sims 4 > options > game options > other ✔️ enable custom content and mods and then apply change, restart the game and then open it hope its work 😭🙏❤️
