Lots of uses for chickpeas (flour, tofu, butter, milk, cheese, protein source in meals, protein bites etc) & aquafaba (cream, frosting, ice-cream, meringues, general egg replacement, mayonnaise, desserts). An incredible bean! You did not use cream of tartar to stabilise the "cream" volume... perhaps the chocolate was enough?
