Tenzor - Parus (Yamaha An1x)
zhlédnutí 254Před 2 lety
Recorded trough Tl audio EQ1 Эту композицию я написал в 2000 году используя звуки единственного синтезатора Yamaha An1x. Каждую дорожку прогонял через ламповый эквалайзер Tl Audio EQ1 с китайскими лампами, которые тогда были неплохи! Мастерил с помощью Tc Electronic Finalizer 96k. #yamahaan1x #an1x #yamaha #idm #ambient #electronicmusic #EQ1 #virtual-analogue #synthesizer

    Hi I just purchased one of these. Could you tell me how I could have it modded for cv and midi etc.? Do you have instructions or do you do these mods? Thanks Matt

    Мне очень интересен hydrasynth, как инструмент, первый мой серьёзный синт для DnB продакшена. И также Korg Modwave. Вот какой из них более подходит для Reese и Wooble sounds? Классный кастомный набор, ты бомба для Jexus😁a

    • @Tenzorvideo
      @Tenzorvideo Před 2 lety

      Я Modwave не трогал, не могу сравнивать. У Гидры более металлический призвук, У Корга, вроде бы, чуть более глубокий по басам, В целом оба будут интересны, думаю, но именно для басов я бы к Гидре что-то еще брал)) а как Корг потянет достоверно сказать не могу.

    How does the bass and sequence are working together?

    • @Tenzorvideo
      @Tenzorvideo Před 2 lety

      It's the same sound and the same sequence, it's polyphonic )) long notes in the bass doesn't stop short notes in the middle.

    • @Tenzorvideo
      @Tenzorvideo Před 2 lety

      I think Hydrasynth is a great digital synthesizer that is very comfortable to use. My choice is always hardware. But if you feel good in a software environment, maybe in this case the difference in sound is not so critical .. maybe

    • @noodlingaround2023
      @noodlingaround2023 Před 2 lety

      Yeah at the end of the day I guess it's all down to what you feel comfortable with, hard or software. Thanks mate.

    • @noodlingaround2023
      @noodlingaround2023 Před 2 lety

      Can I ask you one question. In a lot of reviews I've read it says that the Hydrasynth is not a warm synth. It's FM cold. I love warmth in my sounds. What do you think? Thanks

    • @Tenzorvideo
      @Tenzorvideo Před 2 lety

      Indeed, it is much easier to get cold soundscapes out of it. You can find nice filtered chords in the middle if you pick the right algorithm, but you never get a fat Moog style bass out of it. I plan to record a video soon for Modal Cobalt 8M, which sounds little warmer in my opinion. But if you need real fat - you must look to vintage gear like Polysix or Juno.. But they have a much simpler architecture, of course.

    Im hoping to find one of these in good shape... Had this one in the 90s It is the best Yamaha drum machine ever. Liked it better than Roland's R8. You were able to edit the sound with its powerful synth engine. I sampled the heck out of it but lost the samples to a catastrophic HDD failure thanks to a very nice lighting strike.

    Hey. I've just bought one of these but I am having trouble recording patters because it won't let me change the tempo. Next to the tempo it just has the letters 'Ext. I can't work out how to change it and as a result can't record any patterns in! Do you know how to get round this problem? Thanks

      @rockanthems Před 8 lety

    • @percivale09
      @percivale09 Před 8 lety

      Try a factory reset. Switch power on and simultaneously press "DEC" "PATTERN" and "PERC2" and press "STOP/CONTINUE" to flash the reset.

    • @rockanthems
      @rockanthems Před 8 lety

      Yes I found that to work. But also if it says (Change Battery) ...you have to factory reset it until you change the battery...

      I used only 8 loop tracks. 8 sliders set for cutoffs of each track, 8 knobs for reverb, 8 knobs for delays, 8 knobs for sample length and 8 knobs for pitch. all sounds and melodies are taken from analog sourses. crossfade is between track 1 and 2 levels
