Why the power button on remote keep blinking red, it's say"ment.005 safety switch off activated, restart the main power switch ment.005" i did unplug the cord, but it still not working... blinking red light on the remote... please help, what can i do...?? Thanks

The written instructions are non-descript and incomplete...Firstly, they completely miss installiation of the arm rests and now that I've installed the back first, I'm fcked.... Also, the instruction are in Chinglish... For $2500 can you proof read the instruction manual and the tags your Chinese construction folks are putting on this chair?!! I shouldn't be expected to search CZcams for instructions, UNLESS that was in the instruction book... and it isn't.... WTF?!!!

Great video! What would you say are your #2 and #3 overall massage chairs? I currently have the JP Medics Kumo, and while I love it, I definitely have some complaints that I want to address when I get a new chair soon. -Is this chair stronger than JP Medics Kumo? -Do you know the PSI on the airbags? One of my bigger complaints with the Kumo is that the airbag inflation could be stronger, but it also doesn't hold the bags at max inflation for more than a few seconds. Thanks!

Hello, very beautiful and good armchair. quality of the product.. nothing to complain about after use. just a little feedback and regret on the adaptability dimensions of the chair for the user.. Asians are shorter than us Europeans.. I am 180 cms. For 85 kgs.. the width of my waist just limits the shoulder massager are too tight they don't cover enough, in addition if the spine massager moves us away and pushes us forward bad synchronization of the program... The foot massagers are too narrow I am a size 43 my foot is too tight in width and the calf airbags too low even if the foot block goes down but not enough to have the legs stretched enough to have a perfect massage for the back of the calves.. it does not dissociate from the height of the calves..the thigh airbags are too high towards the hips..and the armrests I had to put small additional cushions to complete the massage of the hands which are also too short. ., in conclusion to perfect their Fujiiryoki armchair which evolves well over time in mechanical quality it would be good to get closer to the users to adapt them to the West for a different build..a person of 170 cm will be impeccable...otherwise the quality of construction and programs are perfect, nothing to say.. just a matter of dimensions.. I have the jp1100.. which apparently has the same dimension as the jp2000 and jp3000..

I've been using the chair for two weeks and I love it. But the calf rollers don't reach my calf, or I can't adjust my posture enough for my lower legs to impact the calf rollers. The best I can do is push my calf muscles down (press) them but even then, I don't get the impact I wish I could get. Now, after saying this it is NOT a deal breaker, the chair is wonderful! I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

Bonjour très beau et bon fauteuil . qualité du produit.. rien à redire.apres utilisation. juste un petit retour et regret sur les dimensions d' adaptabilité du fauteuil pour l utilisateur.. les asiatiques sont plus petits que nous européens ..je fais 180 cms. Pour 85 kgs.. la largeur de ma taille va juste limite le masseur d'épaules sont trop justes ils n enveloppent pas assez , en plus si le masseur de la colonne nous éloigne et nous pousse en avant mauvaise synchro du programme... Les masseurs de pieds sont trop étroits je fais du 43 mon pied est trop serré en largeur et les airbags des mollets trop bas même si le bloc des pieds descend mais pas assez pour avoir les jambes suffisamment tendues pour avoir un massage parfait pour l' arrière des mollets.. il ne se dissocie pas de la hauteur des mollets..les airbags des cuisses sont trop haut vers les hanches..et les accoudoirs j ai du mettre de petits coussins supplémentaires pour parfaire le massage des mains qui sont aussi trop court.. .,en conclusion pour parfaire leur fauteuil Fujiiryoki qui évoluent bien avec le temps en qualité mécanique serait bien de se rapprocher des utilisateurs pour les adapter à l occident pour une corpulence différente..une personne de 170 cms sera impeccable...sinon la qualité de construction et de programmes sont nickel rien à dire.. juste une histoire de dimension..j ai le jp1100.. qui apparemment a la même dimension que les jp2000 et jp3000..

le jp1100 puisse soulager mon nerf sciatique..et lombaire...après une première utilisation. C est du gateau les coussins gonflables et rouleaux , pas de la rigolade.. c est du serieux...Il s'adapte mieux pour des personnes en dessous de 1.m 75..moi qui fait 1 80..un peu trop juste longueur des jambes et des bras...vu que les asiatiques sont plus petits que les européens..les accoudoirs ne sont pas réglables..il me manque 3 CMS ..dommage la notice n est pas en français et télécommande non, plus...mais les fonctions tactiles on s y retrouve vite et bien...Les couleurs marron de la photo publicitaire et de celui reçu en marron n a rien a voir.. le marron est plus terne...sinon il fait son job....

I wouldn’t say they are the best. They play games on warranties and mess around with vendors. Their chairs are all white labeled and don’t make anything specific. We’ve had a terrible experience with them when selling their brand

I can certify that these MAJ7 massage chair are cheap chinese pieces of junk, twice the back massage unit has been changed in the first 2 years of ownership with less than 50 massage sessions, at first when the unit has been changed it runs smoothly and progressively with each massage session you start feeling knocking sensation resonating in your body from loose mechanical parts that are wearing prematuraly, its like being massaged with someone hitting with a small hammer in the back, the massage sessions become so adnoying that i get off it more frustrated an angry than before i got on it, im so disappointed that Panasonic has sold its soul for profit by outsourcing to chinese manufacturer, 10000 $ canadian dollars, i feel like ive been scammed !

It needs a double calf roller. A 3 tier food rest needs two calf rollers over the one it has. Then its close to a perfect chair. I have two chairs and with that addition to the SE one would be replaced

I would add an extra set of calf rollers toward the top of the calves. Or have them move up and down the back of the legs while rolling. That would make it a close to perfect chair. This coming from some1 who owns a daiwa Pegasus 2 and an Infinity Imperial. Now looking for a trade in
