I’m disabled veteran using my VA loan The seller, Open Door, refuses to take into account the actual condition of the property according to the inspection reports. There are some small foundation issues and all the windows don’t open or close probably as they are 40 years old and need to be replaced. There are other issues with HVAC, Electrical, and roof. They also, advertised the house as a 4 bedroom with 2 baths when it’s 3 bedroom 3 baths according to code. What should I do? Is there anyway to get the inspection report to the Va appraiser for consideration? I accepted the offer price in good faith that they would add seller repair credits as standard in FL, but they are just using it as tactic to not pay anymore money etc…
