I can't sleep well, every time I close my eyes, there's a lot of scenario roving into my mind, I thought it was a nightmare, but then I realized I'm.still not sleeping, My head hurts worsen , I felt something was triggered and, would blown anytime 😢😢😢

This 10-minute meditation is a great way to learn how to sit with your emotions without judgment. The instructor, Leeor Alexandra, has a calming and soothing voice, and her guidance is very helpful. I found this meditation to be very helpful in developing self-compassion and acceptance for my emotions. I feel more able to handle difficult emotions after watching this video.

If it doesn't work for you and still thoughts overcome it.. Try to really concentrate on that sound and nothingness. It helps me at least a little.
