So, what can we do about it? Well, actually the first answer is very much about practice. If you enter the OET speaking exam with a poor vocabulary or register then you are already inviting problems but there is a way to overcome a large part of the problem and it’s about getting smart.
You may be having excellent English and medical knowledge, but if you don’t don't speak fluently or hesitate and repeat the same words too many times, chances are you may find it hard to achieve 350 or B grade in the speaking exam.
