There is actually a documentary on the guy who drew Pepe the frog originally. He's shocked by what it turned into and fought really hard to reclaim it. It's a good documentary. So not everyone who uses that frog for example means something bad by it.

Just a heads up, what you showed isn’t the odal rune. As a Germanic polytheist I see this a lot. What you showed is Othala. The odal looks similar however it has little feet on the bottom. Also the black sun wasn’t appropriated, it was created by the Nazi party. What it is based on was the sunwheel which is similar but also very different when side by side.
