This is my first friendly video about food, I'm so happy to tell you that I'm
85-90% recovered and I'm feeling so gooooood!
It was hard (very hard), but I did it, and If I can do it, you can too.
Obviously there is a lot of work and effort ahead, but little by little it'll be achieved, right?

Relatable, i binged 6k< calories the day before yesterday and im so bad at restricting. I hate when this happens when im trying to lose weight, it makes everything harder
I love binging i wish the foods i ate were healthy though
