Good job. Bit of advice before the race try do a brick training session. After a bike workout, practice your transition and go straight into a 10min run or 1mile run at race pace. Will get you more use to the running off the bike and also get your transition nailed in.

Tip for your open water swim. Bring a bottle of air temp water with you. About 5-10 min before swim start pore water down into you wetsuit. The water that stays in the suit will heat up with you body temp and reduce the cold water shock. Also as close to the swim start as possible pore the cold water over your face and especially your ears. Sound mad but it helps. Also you prop know this already but once in the water have a little pee. It works, it's 🤢🤮 I know but helps alot. And don't push hard at the start. With it been a race you will naturally be going faster than you think. Use a min or 2 to relax into the water. With your breathing, its not a pool sprint. Breathing should be when you need / natural. Dont hold it in. Pick you best side to breath to and stay to that side even if it every 2 strokes. Themore relaxed you are when swimming the faster you will swim. Again you probably already know all of this and hope i didnt annoy you with the tips

I couldn't breathe for a second just watching that
What was it , over rotating or to much speed ? Or both. Thats a bad feeling , when all your oxygen is forced out and you cant breathe for 10 or 15 seconds.
Just being bad at skiing in general 😂 I never test hit the jump cuz i didn’t want to hike back up so i got what i deserved. Too much speed and flip too fast

maybe dont take off the training wheels next time. give up on this hobby. nobody should be skiing unless they start off at a very professional level off the bat. this sport isnt about getting better, its about failing and giving up afterwards and pursuing something easier like walking on a flat surface.
