Tengah all in new HDB with new technology, I believe this area will not like other area , combine with Old folk HDB with negative feeling … or dirty thing… I can’t find any other area like tengah .

No person in their right mind will sell condo to buy HDB 15 months later. HDB rental keeps rising so whatever profits from condo sale will evaporate. Also 15 months later the price of HDB might have gone even higher and the condo that was sold would also have appreciated further. Add the inconvenience of moving house twice and rental negotiation hassles. Better to just stay put. This means less condo supply which will push prices higher.

Integrated development commands additional premium to provide amentities for neighbouring condos. And lentor modern is not within 1km of chij while the newer launches there is. Is lentor modern still good considering school effect?

For own stay facing main road is stupid, face express way is idiots. Lol developer must be paying good comm for such sale. I have a unit facing main road, difficult to rent out and at lower price when economy not so good. Luckily I sold off last year.
