lol, i only do this during the boss rounds. typically youll only need just imbue and the amrita hit absorption to get through the levels

lmao its accessible so why not.. also with +9 penitence and depths 26-30 every buff matters

not really but it helps.. specifically the onmyo magic sloth effect is that every magic that hits enemies it slows them down significantly

theres some gear that have the buffs that gives you a chance not to use up the bells upon using it

@@Drahnir You're right, but the Otherworld is just too balanced around omnyo - Ninjutsu builds and buff stacks, punishing the good old pure samurai builds. For example, dual elements is pretty much mandatory in there, for applying discord debuff to all these bosses with millions over millions of hp, which takes forever to kill with a pure melee build.

@@jador9641 that is very true.. later floors specially if you are planning to clear it with penance +9. you will need to apply confusion due to how big their hps are and life sealing for human bosses to keep their ki at minimum and manageable

​@@jador9641Its a year late but I couldnt resist replying. I actually have to disagree with this post by sheer virtue of how easy it is to apply confusion and getting onmyo effects without actual onmyo allocation. Between oni-bis, yasha, shuten doji, and arcanas on some active skills (if you want to take even yokai abilities out of the picture), the options are too numerous. Even Quick change scroll is relatively easy to live without from stacking damage reduction star effects. From personal experience, Greater Good (with added damage reduction effects) + Amabie is probably the grossest combo ever for survival in the depths, even BEFORE Honda clan effects or Oyamatsumi. If anyone asked me the number one thing I couldn't live without for the depths, it's actually stacking untouched clay bells. Those scampuss do a LOT of work.

i think i tried to aim for that 6 piece izanagi, lower levels you just need to farm an accessory with the slow when hit by the magic then start wearing the veteran set to get the right options and sets to it. vet set will encourage to be more aggressive due to the mid attack damage negation.

@@mustafashouman1302 thank you.. i did put a lot of time. this was meant to be more tanky than usual builds due to me going thru +9 penance on depths which most bosses can one hit you if your just a glass cannon. o dont really do any voiceover but im uploading it right now showing gear, stats, skills, guardians and cores.. hopefully it helps

@@Drahnir I just looked it up that's in the depths (I'm on regular 21 no depths yet lol) I had the game on launch then sold it after 2nd dlc cos I needed money just got it back 2 or 3 weeks ago and restarted, now I have a half ass build (benkei build and no 2nd mix)

like what weapons do you like? theres some armor sets that meant for specific weapons then you just add.. for skills and buffs i think the goal would be applying as much confusion so either imbue weapon with an element and have another way to apply a different element

@@Drahnir I'm a fan of multiple weapons such as the katana, spear, tonfa and Switchglaive. Narrowed down I'd choose the tonfa and Switchglaive.

im gonna try remembering, its been so long ago, i used purity weapon talisman, water familiar, extraction, fire water lightning resistance talismans, barrier talisman, steel and protection talisman.

6 iza 7 oyam, armor pieces veterans armor for damage taken mid attack reduction.

its really up to what kind of bosses and build. yokai bosses are really hard to drain their ki to zero due to them shifting back and forth from yokai realm. i updated my build and went thru floor 26 to 30 with +9 stone and what kind of helped are those life sealing talismans

Regeneration from absorbing amrita. Spirit O (or Ho, I don’t remember exactly), extraction talisman(each damage inflicted extracts amrita from the enemy), absorption of amrita on chest armor, on accessory (not all). The Toyotomi clan also gives regeneration from absorbing amrita. I wrote the names as in Russian localization, maybe in English they are called slightly differently.
