Assalam o alaikum I am sorry to hear about your distress. I suggest you see a good ENT doctor to see if surgery is an option for you. You can also see my video on DNS in the playlist "public health awareness"- it gives some guidance about treatments and surgery procedure and after care. Hope it helps you.

I have done septoplasty (DNS+sinus) surgery 27 days ago now i have no headache but i have little pain in nose

Great lecture! Will like to add, that high doses of vitamin A esp isotretinoin are teratogenic (can be harmful to a fetus), so if you are trying to conceive, don’t take it. Keep up the good work Fatima ❤
