Hilarious. The point is dead on accurate but the explanation sucks. Nobody today knows what "quality of materials", "attention to detail", "construction of clothing" or "timeless design" means. When I have suits and shirts made, I specify exactly the width of lapels, style of lapel, collar length and spread, yoke size, how many working cuff buttons and their spread, cut, drop, zipper length, drape, pockets, buttons, pleats and 50 other details. All are wool, wool-silk or wool-silk-cashmere. If you aspire to the C-Suite, you better be dressing the part at least 20 years before you get there. That includes you tech geeks who think T-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and a jacket are trendy cool.
