This is written by Chinese author Mo Xiang Tong Xiu and the character is called Wei Wuxian. I apologize if I'm wrong but, there cannot be more than nine Hashrias. Apparently gotouge only chose nine because it takes nine strokes to write the word for pillar. Hashira(柱), though I think it's never been stated I think there could only be Nine pillars😥 If you wanted to make your oc quite strong, you could use an au/timeline too make a extra spot/replacement for ur oc or even in fact make yours a kinoe.
