the people buy these robots to maybe get rid of some chores they have to do. i bought one on the iRobot ones, but i vacuum a lot more myself because i didnt realize the suction would be so bad. i mostly hear the rollers making contact with the floor and moving rather than it's own motor.

Ok I've a sollution. You have to take off the casing and disconnect all connectors near the bumper and plug them one more time. It shoul help because one of them can be too loose
@@angelinageorgieva7525 The orange radar that spins on top of the robot . If it is not spinning you have to open the robot and reconnect the sensor . You can find the fix on CZcams if you serch robot model and the error code followed by fix.

i think its because the dock is in a to tight spot for the robot to go dock
Did you managed how to disolve this problem?

It was still under warranty so I sent the robot back in for repair. Roborock has good customer service the the process was simple.
