A tip,try and bring your neck down while filming is literally so up there and keep your eyes fixed on the camera lens.

Best way to use it is at night and twice a week, follow up with a moisturizer and don't apply all over your face but just at the spots or sunburn,that way you'll get the desired results. Also use a good sunscreen in the morning.
