Aftertune drive by
After i pulled the supercharger to get sorted i didnt feel like pull the cam. it felt beter then stock but there was a flat spot at vtec cross over. so i spoke to my tuner and he say we can fix that with a little street tune just to move vtec and correct AFR's. this is the reasult of that. im very happy with the car and a big thanks to toyama racing sprit for the help with the tune.

This is a NA run of my car. running a d16z6 motor with vitara's, 2mm skim on the head flat face valves. 57mm exhaust and DC sport header. I made 72kw and 109nm. running a 8.7:1 compression.

There was an open track day at the local track. went to go watch as my brakes are not up to the job of track dutie just yet. when i was there i saw they also had a gymkana on the skip pan. so i got in on the action there. this is just one of the video's from there.

after fixing all the problems from the first video, the motor is running sweet. im so happy with it. still just waiting for the tune.as you can see in the second part i put a pipe on the TB to bring the noise down a bit.

I had a full GSR swapped 4 door sleeper 95 ex :( I miss it!
and its super light, A 95 EX sedan is 2575lbs, and a dx is 2250 or so

@BlownIntegraGSR it turned to to be a clearance issue with the rotors and the case. where rubbing. got some damage from it. but nothing that can be fixed with some skimming work and a shim to prevent it happening again. more to follow in the coming months
My intercooled gsr with the JRSC kit on it idles loudly as well, not sure if it was from modding the manifold or not. I will be rebuilding the blower over the winter and see if its still noisy. It ran solid for over 10k km this summer so I assume it is just more noise sounding through the modified manifold. The blower idles at over 2000rpm, it's gotta make some noise.

@swich69 Yes, in South Africa they were called Ballade. In the video, the hite one at 0:40 is a South African model. The spolier on the reart was available only on the 160E and 180i / 180E models
@StainGraffiti a6 non vtec. motor is built busy with my wire tuck etc now. should be done by the 30-04-2010 D16a6 botom end with 76mm vitaras, acl mains and big end ls rods s2 high comp valves 2mm skim on the head. port and polish. custom intercooler. 12psi.... yeah video will be up as soon as im done
zc non vtec? should swap it for a d16z6 or a d16y8, and build it from there, still liking this

i was runnung about 90wkw at .3 bar @5500 ft above sea level. busy rebuild it at the moment. will make 130kw+ next time
