Airlines are switching to Airbus. Questions not answered concerning Dreamliner Fuselage Joints. Will they last five years? Two criminal investigations ongoing. KLM latest to cancel Dreamliner order and go A350 instead.

I dont really feel much different as a passenger whether its A320neo or MAX8. But maybe from the airline perspective, theres a bit different in revenue. The interior and services on board literally plays a big role in passenger satisfaction and comfort.

Just doing quick math and not looking into the entirety of each aircraft’s flight history and accident history the Airbus had a flight safety per aircraft greater than 99% versus 96% for the Boeing. If you were to factor in hours of flight both craft provide 99+% safety. But it’s hard to ignore almost 4x the overall accident record. I will admit the 737 has been flying way longer especially in the 60ies and 70ies when avionics of today simply didn’t exist. Avionics technology of today is simply amazing and when combined with an Airbus aircraft ensures an almost 99.9%+ safety guarantee for the flyer.

A350 all day. Not even a contest. The real question will be 777x vs A350

Um actually, on the Airbus the doors don't fly off and the systems don't have a single point of failure that can cause the plane to nosedive 🤓👆 (Joke)
