INSTAGRAM: jhashey1 for daily content 5, 5, 1 minute workout 5 triceps dips 5 pull ups 1 minute jog or active recovery. Repeat for 10-15 rounds on a normal exercise program. This workout can be done in as little as 15 minutes...or you can go crazy for more pull up reps like me today with 60 rounds. Scale appropriately :) - Joe

    At my age those "5 pumps" would turn into 30 seconds of continual chest compressions then check for breathing! Good W/O to get the heart rate up.

    6’7 and 16 years old, with ridiculously long femurs, tight hips and tight hamstrings and I can’t do a conventional deadlift without arching my back I’ve been very cautious with lifting because I already hurt my lower back, please help

    How to incorporate sled in my lifting routine or should I use sled only on tje day I do hitt/functional trainning? I do not do any barbell squats do to bulding disk on lower back. I do landmine belt squats now but I heard prowler are good to build legs?? Iam not an athlete anymore, iam a 50 year old fit male. I do full body lifting workouts 3x a week m,w and f...and on Tuesday I rest or do LISS workout and on THURSDAY I do 30 min HITT/functional trainning workouts with kettlebells, sandbags, sledg hammers, etc....

    What i would do, when I was really keeping track of the weight in my 15-10-5 rep sets, is do the weight of the 10-5-15 set and see how it would change. Really is surprising how much stronger and weaker you find yourself.

    Plan your work then work your plan however the plan needs flexibility in it. Since my shift change i can only do "real" workouts on Saturday and Monday however I try (do or not do there is no try...darn Yoda) to do 1 exercise of the USMC daily 16 at the top of every hour. 1 good thing is my job, mechanic, has me doing heavy lifts, squats and lunges all day long.

      Yup! Love the flexibility of integrating workouts throughout when you have 5-15 minutes vs trying to carve out 1 hour. Just isn't practical when life cranks up. Well said with Yoda :)

    Hey man just watched your video from 9 years ago on how to do ab roll outs i see your dedicated to your fitness I've been trying to find ways to better my fitness I'm 5'10 134 and I find it hard to gain weight and build a good physique I'm enlisting into the army in the end of the year when I turn 17 could you offer some advice on how I can build my physique what foods to eat workouts stuff like that I'm tryna take this seriously hopefully you can offer a plan I could follow thanks
