The Randall family's lawsuit claims Iverson shot Randall on September 14, 2022, while attempting to handcuff him without warning or justification. According to Oxman and Judge Love, the video reveals Randall was shot with a 9mm police handgun while turned away from the deputy. Oxman stated that the shot entered under Randall's arm exited through his chest, and destroyed his heart. Randall reportedly ran about 20 paces before collapsing and dying.

Civil asset forfeiture is a tool for our state and federal government to use against American citizens every single day! This DA is lying to you about it! More innocent Americans are the victims of law enforcement using civil asset forfeiture then ever has done good!

There have been warnings issued to the US for years regarding the Chinese taking over the country. Not by military force, but by traitors living amongst us doing business with them in exchange for cash, dirty business that leads them to being extorted into doing the bidding of foreign intities. I am by no means sticking up for the illegals. But the entire search would have been unconstitutional had it been to American citizens. The dog hit on the car for drugs. There were no drugs found. Instead they found gold. The police used the false hit to search the car because they wanted to search the car. without any drugs in the car. They have no probable cause so anything they find in the car other than drugs should automatically be thrown out of a court.

Cops must be paid by the hour bc they take forever to book someone in the jail. This has been over an hour already. Then hours waiting to be release after paying you all a huge bond. Over a f*cking ticket? I know they were acting a fool, but scardy cop kept asking if he should put them in jail bc of their family being in the system. The cop was scared of losing his job. The gas was contaminated; with what? Did the delivery agent put diesel in the unleaded tanks? Repair quotes are way out of line! Drain the entire fuel system, refill with known good fuel, and replace the fouled out spark plugs. The vehicles will start and run; might smoke for a while as the dilluted diesel remnants burn off. The only concern is the cats might clog up.
