I will say this (I know how it sounds) there is a pain that comes with expecting to win a Super Bowl every year and obviously not doing it almost every time I’m just saying it’s not all joy expectations. Bring a lot of sadness as well

I found this very interesting. I have a hard time feeling bad for those who purchased the season ticket. If it was over priced the purchasers had other options.

Great interview Ross. I am a lifelong Steeler fan living in Portland, OR. [Born & raised in the 'Burgh.]. If I wanted to see all the Steeler games, I had no choice but to purchase Sunday Ticket. I would kind of joke that I was getting extorted every year because I had no other option. My complaint was that there was not a cheaper option where I would only get Steeler games. I would have happily paid for that. Side note: Directv F'ing sucked. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. My 2 cents on the whole thing.

Sunday Ticket was too expensive for me to justify buying it. So I settled for whatever crumby Giants/Jets games were forced on us in the NY/NJ area on free TV. Or I just did yard work or I did stuff w/family and friends. So the NFL's pricing approach was effective. Forced me to watch the CBS/FOX games. I'm glad Sunday Ticket was expensive. Saved me $$$ and allowed me to be more productive with my Sunday afternoons.

I'm rooting for Darnold to have a turnaround season. I was rooting for Jordan Love last season. The future of the NFL are QBs.

Really interesting to watch this as an Austrian, I think Emory has a really good point. In Austria they start at the age of 5/6 with flag and at 10 with tackle. Vienna Vikings have their own Academy/School. This Austrian team also didn't come to play for bronze, they knew they had a shot at gold (game vs Canada was lost really close) and they really didn't play a good game against the US team. There's also current NFL players that played for their national teams. Bernhard Raimann from the Colts and Bernhard Seikovits from the Cardinals played for Austria and many more played for Team USA in the past

Lions running back room will be difficult to stop. They are one of the best and our O Line is one of the best. Lions secondary and D Line has drastically improved. A/G finally has the players he needs to make them in the top 15 on defense.

The RBs will be very successful as long as the INTERIOR OLINE performs well because without Wynn there was no RB rushing 100 yds or more. Have to stay healthy with the INTERIOR OLINE!! If that happens the Dolphins will run the football very well 💯 %. The WRs could also have 3 players at 1k because you have Jonnu Smith and defenses have to respect him and their running game but it all starts with their INTERIOR OLINE. For someone with as extensive experience about nfl contracts and teaches sports law at Villanova, he’s really not aware of the current contracts he’s talking about. Dan has no trade/tag clause, so no Dallas can’t think about that. Parsons on his 4th year in 2024, with a 5th year option available. Lamb’s 5y option was exercised. How does a professor of sports law and ex nfl exec not know these things?
