Trying my hand at doing what all the boys in the family do:) climbing in my Ugg boots. They nearly fell off about 4 times! Daniel, my 7 year old was behind the camera so apologies ..sorry, not sorry ; )

Todays walk included an errand for surfer hubby ! Apart from forgetting toilet paper ( the most. important thing. ) I successfully navigated shopping at the supermarket using my walker not my wheelchair! Today has been a good dy :D

Fell off the toilet while I was reaching for the toilet brush and landed on something on the way down and cracked a rib . I handy done much in the week or so leading up ato this !

Looking back on it, it is quite funny! but on the worst high gravity day, with no energy and soreness from What was more annoying is that I didn’t get them on film so it’s just me and my husband screaming at each other ;)

Getting some exercise in at the start of a heat wave! Really off-balance today and knees kept buckling . Was really hard to lift my feet, Felt a lot better for getting out and having done it.

I am going to endeavour to walk more often as it is a part of my To Do list this year to take 10 steps on my own without help. Hello Bree! So correct me if I'm wrong...but I heard the walking stick should be on the opposite side of the leg you have most problems walking with. Hopefully, that helps a tad for next time? And we must see a next time! Don't give up! ❤
More than probable ;) I’ve not used one for so long! Definitely not giving anything up , just getting very distracted with my album I’m bringing out next year! Started looking at the body painting today 🤙

It seems like a body board (Boogie board) with fins may be more accommodating than a surf board. Although on a day like that, probably nothing would have worked well. :-( The surf Gods were definitely not in your favor.

You can tell I'm not a water girl lol. Maybe between you and your husband, you could invent something adaptive? They always say that necessity is the mother of invention. ♥️
They are really good. These days are making things for disabled people… We’ve already ordered the handles for a better board. Finally enough when I came in my husband, went out just to show the border lesson and came back in and was complaining of how garbage it was… After all that! A poor workmen really does blame his tools, but seriously this time it wasn’t my fault ha ha

❤ you are very brave, I use 2 hand rails on my staris, my biggest concern is twisting my ankle when placing my foot and falling down when decending
Totally understand I’ve heard that several times before from people I Use weight to lean forward so I won’t fall backwards on the way up most of the time I come down on my bum :-)

Definitely got a few lined up I don’t want to overdo it because 2025 is my 20 year anniversary and I want to film every day for the year. Exactly like I did for my 10 year anniversary and try and do as much as I can. I might put a little video together Talking more about that later on I’m still trying to do a Christmas video. you have a great partner there! Do you have RRMS if you don’t mind me asking? I was interested in your comment about being dehydrated. Do you find it stops your body working as well? I hope you don’t mind me asking questions, but I have rarely seen video of someone else with Ms and it feels like I am there with you. That wind looked vicious!
Hi mate, yeah no worries quite happy to answer questions! Yes, it’s relaxing remitting . I’ve only just got it under control again! I wasn’t on any medication for 10 years while I had my children… I am now I’m stable again. I also find it really hard to move while I’m thirsty! I go Next week, rockclimbing once or twice a week and if I get a quarter of the way up and I’m thirsty they’ll just send the bottle up then I can keep climbing, I’m heat intolerant so cold wind on me while I’m exercising is brilliant, but it’s knife edge sometimes I get too cold! Please don’t hesitate to keep in touch
