In Greece people had a referendum, when the leeches started selling islands, then the Germans came in and told, that they dont care about democracy either they comply, or they will burn down their economy. Arent the US Army and Navy are like, publicly financed institutions? And if they are, then shouldnt they by default support any American enterprise, who pay taxes to them, well except of course if they have some more important thing to do? A few years back. I explored the world a little bit.. i came across a few socialist countries. People FELT poor. They CRIED for opulence. They wanted SUCCESS, LEVERAGE, LUXURY. But the government wouldn't let them shine. They weren't able to create business. They couldn't hustle their way to their goals. The best they could do was beg foriegners for money.

LOL Landlord here. There is actual thing called maintenance, make sure everything runs, keep the common area's clean and everything in working order. It's almost a mini gov. Rent doesn't get you back your capital you pay. Only time you get money is after you sell your property. If property value drops, you lose money, if property values are higher, you make money. If its so easy everyone would be doing it. Nothing about it is passive. It's a second job. I wish I would have invested my money like everyone else. and never do the landlord thing again. Unlike you rich white liberals. I come from actually working class/peasant background. Btw if you hire anyone to do anything else. you're not going to make money. Basically operating at a lost. I have to do literally everything from fixing washing machines to painting to etc.. Margins are very thin. You have to be a part time plumber, electrician, garbage man, lock smith etc..
