Im here at Memories Caribe .. its the last week of June 2024 and I am so disappointed foremost because there are a ton of mosquitos here and it rains everyday but not for long . My wife and I have had sun. We came to Caio coco in February and stayed at Melia Jardins del ray. Yes we don’t expect ever that the food is going to be awesome. The beach is why we came; and it was awesome. The beach is a no go mostly here at Caribe because the mosquitos are unbearably annoying and there are a-lot!! The Diamond club thing is not that great because the actual bar is closed and the coffee house has been closed called Beans. We paid for Diamond Club services but aside from water and beer and towels in the room it isn’t much different than a standard fee-less experience.
wow, I am sorry to hear that. The rain/sun cycle definitely increases the amount of mosquitos. Hopeful you can find some pleasure during your trip.

How was the food
We really enjoyed it. The beach pizza was very good and I really liked the sandwiches and spaghetti at Bites.

Great unbiased review of Diamond Club. Been to Caribe many times, always DC. Personally, I think it's worth the upgrade at time of booking but it's an added cost.
Thank you, I totally agree. I am not a fan of lineups for anything...and DC side of beach had very small lines if any; for that and the BBQ I would always go DC as well.

We selected this resort as a quick getaway for cheap - we were all in for under $2000 from Halifax, NS
Cuba Tours by Gabriel facebook.com/CubaToursByGabriel messenger was also the best for contact. Gabriel is well spoken, friendly and humorous.
Get to Know Cuba with Leysester facebook.com/profile.php?id=100011493157621 messenger was the best for contact, we used this service for taxi to and from resort. Leysester also provides guided tours and I have heard he is highly recommended. For last minute needs check with his wife Yilian at check in.

Don't forget the Chocolate Tequila ( I dislike tequila but it was good). Not sure if you are the type to bring gifts for staff but if so; David at the pool bar has a three year old daughter who loves to dress-up, Ketlin at the Bellini bar loves chocolate, and Yusmilla at Beans has two daughter 8-10 yoa. @@MomentsUncorkedyou can't rescue the whole world! We go for vacation to relax, not to think about David or Ketlin or Yusmilla and their needs, and what should i bring to Cuba! Sorry, but we have enough stressful life in Canada
Great video and hope you continue to put out more. We were there for 2 weeks in November and had a great time. We were Diamond club in an Al Fresco room. Our Al a Cartes were not prebooked and we had to stand in line for an hour to book so it's nice to see that they are now pre-booked for you. This resort has one of the best beaches. FYI, we paid $2600 all in from Moncton, NB for two persons; this included Diamond Club upgrade and insurance.
