As a result, people NEVERRR actually get [the TIME] to ever BEGINNN learning the basics. I once dealt with an embarassing situation of one of our executive directors running a PDF presentation on the screen and then he accidentally pressed the CTRL+ Plus-Sign on the keyboard . . . thereby ROTATING the PDF page on the big screen 😁, but he did NOT know how to ROTATE it BACK to its proper oritentation 🤣🤣 . . . and oh boy . . . he got us so embarrassed as we had to literally WALK up stage to . . . yep . . . you guessed it "ROTATE" that PDF page BACK to its proper-orientation for him on His laptop 😂🤣. It was very embarassing I must say 😂.

The sharepoint loss the second project and when we open from sharepoint yo MS Project it opens up but doesnot open the second project and just shows summary, says in error that we cannot insert or expand project

Hi Tom, your videos are very helpful. I added 2 columns to the Summary view in Project Center to show the Baseline Start and Baseline Finish fields. However, both columns in the Project Center show "blank" for all the projects, although the Project Baseline has been created and the data is available/shown in each of the projects. Any help that you can provide?

Hi Tom, good video. Is it possible to limit access of certain PMs to certain projects without specifying them one by one? In our case, we have proejcts of 7 different locations and we don't want to share them between teh locations. The location itself is specific by an enterprise cutom field. Can we limit people based upon the custom field?

Hi Tom and everyone, I've been looking for a way to prefix the WBS Id with the name of the project. In the example above it would be 2020(2021) Tokyo Olympic.1 2020(2021) Tokyo Olympic.1.1 ...etc, anyone found a way of automating this ?

Hi Tom, if a task takes 8 days and I can assign up to 4 people 100% to it - and it is on priority - how can I get Project to calculate the druation is effort remaining / total team power - so in this case 8/4 = 2 days duration?
