I try every time with the follow through but still my darts are all over the place, sometimes one out of the three will hit the target, practice practice practice

Iv used Bulls advantage boards for about 15 years now and wouldn't use any other. Admittedly I haven't tried the blade 6 triple core mainly because the blades and unicorn boards iv had in the past I found too soft and didn't last anywhere near the advantage boards. Played at county level (Ireland) so I'm on the board a good bit.

Been playing since Xmas. I've gotten to a point where I'm hitting T20 mostly 1/3 but the other 2 always drift to T5, T1 or bizarrely (& often) T18. My throw is totally that really smelly one U did - the last one. My wife bought me some trendy Red Dragon Miami's (on a side note) and the family are now mocking me with the monicker Hawaii 5 & 1. 😢 I'm gonna try to silence them with these tips. Wish me luck.

Nice throw. For the life of me i cannot turn my forearm straight up and down. It pulls on my shoulder too much. I have to have a 15/20⁰ angle into my face. It is what it is.

I've been throwing daily for over a year now, I've hit many 180s some decent checkouts but I'm so inconsistent and I believe the follow through or lack of is causing this ...great video from the legend himself 🎯

Thankyou, I've just changed my throw as my action was like a railway arch. Missed so many doubles because of it, judging the drop. Now it's more direct and shorter action, which is better, I need to do the follow through and I should be sorted 👍

Accidentally hit a 180 😂😂 or if it was a 121 that’s still hilarious

Nobody needs darts lessons, if you want to take the game seriously find your own comfortable throw and just spend countless hours throwing at the board over and over and your game will improve, it’s all about repetition.

Do you use wrist to make a momentum to throw dart harder and straight? Or you just use elbow? I am curious couse Wayne throw is so strong

What a good boy!!

I am right handed, left eye dominant. I spent ages worrying about the effects, trying different stances, throw styles etc. I researched for hours on many forums You know what I realised in the end? It doesn’t matter, throw how it feels natural, the more you worry about things like that the more inconsistent you’ll play. Darts is so much about feel. You know how a dart should feel in your hand, and you know when you’re comfortable. Find your natural style and build on it There are a few top level players who are like us and they don’t drag the dart across their face. Some pros throw from the side of their body and don’t use their eyes at all, they use pure hand eye coordination and muscle memory Forget eye dominance, we’re not all Bobby George 😂

Wayne I know this video is quite old now but I’ve came back as I’m late releasing every pitch and I agree it’s a workout… I’ve now caused myself to have tennis elbow and it’s absolutely painful I’ve had to take a break from the game because I can’t keep going on the way I am. I was playing with the injury but in just making it worse
